Providing and Fixing METACIL U shaped False ceiling system comprising of U shaped strip Panel of height 20mm/30mm/40mm/50mm /60mm/80mm/ 100mm and width 25mm/30mm/40mm ,made up of Aluminium alloy 0.7 to 1mm (TCT) thick , minimum 50 micron epoxy powder coated , fixed perpendicularly to 0.5mm thick steel carrier of size 32mmx39mm thick fixed to 0.7mm thick Main channel of size 35mm x 15mm by Main runner Holder . Main Channel is installed at 1.2mtr centre to centre by 6mm dia GI suspension Rod with the help of Main Channel Holder .

1. Installing the sideline in the same height
2. Installing main channel in appreciate space, the normal space is 1 – 1.2m to suspension rod by clip in profile holder.
3. Suspension rod should be installed according to main channel at a distance of 1.2m centre to centre.
4. Binding the U Carrier with main channel with the help of carrier holder at space 1.2mtr to 1.5mtr.
5. Pressing the U panel to the prongs of c carrier perpendicular to the carrier.
6. Wearing gloves when installing panel , if figure print or stain remain on the panel , please remove it with warm water and detergent , then dry it.
